Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations
Only written cancellations to the Conference Secretariat (Klinkhamer Group, helpdesk@klinkhamergroup.com) will be considered. Cancellations of participation at the Conference – concerning the total of registration fee and accompanying persons fee, i.e. no refund separately for accompanying persons fee – are subject to the following cancellation conditions:
• cancellation costs before May 12, 2022 = EUR 100
• cancellation costs between May 12 and July 11, 2022 = EUR 250
• cancellation after July 11, 2022 = No refund of fee
• all bank charges are at the expense of the participant
• refunds will be processed after the conference
Changes
Changes in booked and confirmed services can only be made with the Conference Secretariat (Klinkhamer Group, helpdesk@klinkhamergroup.com), and in writing.
