Conference Dinner

Where:
In Houthem-Sint Gerlach, in the beautiful Ingendael, a 10-minute drive from Maastricht, lies Château St. Gerlach. An estate full of memories and with overwhelming beauty and grandeur. The former monastery and farmhouse have been transformed into hotel rooms and suites, homely hotel apartments and a restaurant. The St. Gerlach Pavilion & Kasteelhoeve offers an excellent opportunity for a pleasantly charming Conference Dinner.

Transportation:
It is strongly advised to use the arranged transportation towards the Conference Dinner. It is impossible to walk to the Conference Dinner location. There is a public transport connection between Maastricht Central Station and Houthem-Sint Gerlach train station. However, it is not advised to use this service.

There are two pick-up points (bus stops) (see map on Venue & Map)

• one bus stop at MECC Maastricht
• one bus stop near the centre of Maastricht, underneath the Hoge Brug (high pedestrian bridge)

From these bus stops buses depart to the Conference Dinner location. Buses also return from the Conference Dinner venue to these two bus stops.

Registration:
To reduce food waste, during your registration (via this link), we ask that you indicate whether or not you will be participating in the conference dinner. Those of you who will not participate in the dinner, please select “no” during registration.
