IMPORTANT/CRUCIAL for those whose work was accepted for ORAL or POSTER PRESENTATION
Please register and make sure that the payment of your pay is received by the Conference Secretariat by end Thursday 25 August 2022 (local time in the Netherlands). The conference organisers need this to be able to prepare the conference programme in which all listed presentations will actually be presented by the assigned person, in other words to prevent 'no-shows' during the conference.
If your fee has not been received by end Thursday 25 August 2022 then to our regret:
- your presentation will be omitted from the Conference Programme; and
- your presentation will be omitted from the Volume of Abstracts
IMPORTANT for non-presenting participants - Please register and pay the fee by end Thursday 1 September 2022
The possibility to register at the Late registration fee will be closed end of Thursday 1 September 2022 (local time in the Netherlands). If you do not make this deadline you can register and pay the fee after your arrival onsite at the LuWQ2022 registration desk. However, unfortunately in that case: it will no more be possible to add your name to the List of Participants.

- Reception – Icebreaker, included in registration fee, from 18:00 to 20:00
- During the Icebreaker, there will be Pre-registration of participants

September 12, 2022 Conference (Monday)
- Registration starts 7:30 and continues till 17:30
- Opening of conference, 8:30
- Platform presentation sessions (oral presentations)
- Maastricht Town Hall Reception, from 18:00 to 19:00
- Welcome reception, included in registration fee, offered by the city of Maastricht
- Maastricht Town Hall, Markt 78, see #5 in the city map in webpage Venue & Map.
Right after the Town Hall reception (from 19:00), those who bought (during registration for the conference) the ‘walking dinner’ ticket, can join the optional Maastricht Dine Around (Walking Dinner). This dinner is not included in registration fee (link here). The Maastricht Town Hall is the starting point for this “walking dinner”.

Conference Dinner, included in registration fee (time details to be announced later) is a 10-minute drive (bus transport) from Maastricht. The Dinner is in Château St. Gerlach, see #6 in the city map in webpage Venue & Map.
